Do the indicators work on other brokers?

No. Marketplace indicators run exclusively on the Futura Broker chart via NeuroScript, the platform's proprietary language. There is no export to TradingView, MetaTrader or other brokers — integration happens directly in the Trade Room.

How do I receive the indicator after purchase?

Immediately. FuturaCoins are debited in an atomic transaction and the indicator is added to your personal library. Access via the scripts panel and apply on the chart with one click. No downloads, installation or external setup.

Is there a guarantee? Can I get a refund?

Yes. Every purchase has a 7-day refund window. Approval is manual by the Futura team — we review cases where the indicator does not match the listing description. FuturaCoins return to your wallet immediately after approval.

Can I sell my own indicator?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any authenticated trader can publish as a creator. You set the price between 100 and 50,000 FuturaCoins (R$ 1 to R$ 500). Futura keeps a 15% take rate and the remaining 85% goes straight to your creator wallet. Withdraw for free starting at 5,000 FTC. KYC required on first withdrawal.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Withdrawal is processed manually by the team within 1 to 2 business days after the request. Sales have a 7-day hold before becoming available balance (anti-fraud protection). On first withdrawal, KYC adds up to 4 hours of validation. TXID is available in history after processing.
